Brock Zevan is an experienced real estate broker and real estate agent serving Charlotte, Lake Norman, and communities throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. With 19 years of real estate experience, Brock helps buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors make smart, informed decisions with a clear strategy built around their goals. He is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with Real Brokerage LLC and the founder of BZ Three Enterprises.


Brock has built his career by combining local market knowledge, strong communication, negotiation, and a practical approach to solving real estate challenges. Before real estate, Brock spent 12 years in education as a physical education teacher, coach, and assistant principal. That experience continues to influence the way he works today: listen first, communicate clearly, build a game plan, and help people confidently move forward. Brock is also a national real estate coach, speaker, team leader, and investor, giving him a broader perspective on transactions, negotiations, marketing, and real estate investment.
